Because every piece from Crochet by Franky is handmade, please allow time for your order to be created with care.
Processing Time (Before Shipping)
Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days
Custom crochet orders (made to order): 10–14 business days
Large or bulk custom orders: 2–4 weeks
Busy Season (Holidays & Sales)
During peak times (Black Friday, Christmas, major sales), processing may extend to 3–4 weeks for custom pieces.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm timing.
Shipping Time (After Processing)
US orders: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
International orders: 2–4 weeks, depending on location and customs.
Rush Orders
Limited rush spots may be available for an additional fee.
